Orders are prepaid from your wallet. When an order completes partially or is canceled by the provider, the unused reserved amount returns to your available balance automatically, based on the provider's final charge.
Crypto top-ups are irreversible once confirmed. Credited wallet balances can be used for orders but are not withdrawable to external wallets in this release.
Open a support ticket for any disputed charge. Manual review decisions are final and audited.
